Umoja Nursery School

Umoja Nursery School

Our Nursery School classrooms are designed to help your child make significant developmental gains, communicate more successfully, and work well both independently and in group situations. Building on Preschool learning, Nursery learning focuses on problem-solving, responsive listening and language usage, as well as social and collaborative skills, with specific lessons in Reading, Writing, Math etc.

I am delighted as the Headteacher of Umoja Nursery School to warmly welcome you to our website. Determining the most suitable Nursery school is one of the most critical decision a parent takes regarding a child’s formative and development stage.

Umoja Nursery School is in a secure, suitable and stimulating environment that contributes to supporting children’s developmental needs.

We cater for ages between three (3) and six (6) years. The children’s welfare is paramount. We stress the total development of each child; socially, spiritually, morally, intellectual, emotionally and physically. The curriculum ensures holistic development.

It incorporates activities like games, sports and farming. It blends both local and international recognized teaching approaches and methods. The approaches have been carefully designed to help the child realize their full potential in order to achieve and develop a strong academic foundation.
